30-Day Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a refund.

Refund requests must include your order ID, email address, and a valid reason for the request.

The software activation key must not have been redeemed.

Important: Activation Keys Are Non-Reversible
Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of license keys, once a key has been redeemed, we cannot issue a refund. License activations are final and permanent as they are linked to your Microsoft account or device.

We do not have the ability to deactivate or revoke a license key once it’s been used.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:
Activation key has already been redeemed

Customer no longer needs or wants the product

Incompatibility due to system requirements not being met (please check compatibility before purchase)

Purchase made in error but the product was delivered and/or activated

How to Request a Refund

Reason for Refund Request

Screenshot (if applicable) showing the key was not redeemed
